This spot is a definite must go every time we visit. The tacos are delicious and the price is fair. We usually get about 3/4 tacos per person and end up pretty full. This year they have their topping / sauce bar on the outside, which was a nice change as it makes things easier to dress your tacos. Top recommendation would be the Al Pastor & Cabeza. Be sure to bring cash as this is a cash only truck.
We traveled out of our way just to try this place based on the reviews and the tacos did not disappoint. The Al pastor was my personal favorite. There was a self service condiment station with salad toppings and a collection of sauces. The service was swift and the taste, par excellence. The ratings do not lie in this one case.
This spot is great for when you have spent all day in LA and are looking for some yummy cheap food. The Al pastor tacos were amazing and very filling.
Their signature menu is the taco al pastor, which contains thin slices of pork and pineapples. The sauces are really what creates the flavor in these tacos. The quesadilla was disappointing as it was made with mozzarella cheese worsened by the fact that it was not completely melted.
